Description	Dynamin-binding protein (DNMBP, also known as Tuba) is a scaffold protein that links dynamin with actin-regulating proteins. It binds a variety of actin regulatory proteins, including N-WASP, CR16, WAVE1, WIRE, PIR121, NAP1, and Ena/VASP proteins, via a C-terminal SH3 domain [ ]. It plays a critical role in ciliogenesis and nephrogenesis, most likely via Cdc42 activation [].The C-terminal SH3 domains of DNMBP bind to N-WASP and Ena/VASP proteins, which are key regulatory proteins of the actin cytoskeleton [ ].
