SoyMine is sourced from files found on the LIS datastore https://data.legumeinfo.org/ and SoyBase https://soybase.org/. This update adds several Glycine perennial species for a total of 21 Glycine genome assemblies and annotations. It also adds 19 GWAS and 316 QTL studies from SoyBase.
