PHS1-MPK18 signalling probably regulates cortical microtubule functions [ , ]. It is also a negative regulator of abscisic acid (ABA) signalling []. Plant hormone ABA control numeros processes, such as dormancy and germination of seeds, senescence and resistance to abiotic stresses.
