Type  Family
Description  p53 and DNA damage-regulated protein 1 (PDRG) mRNA is upregulated by ultraviolet radiation (UV) but downregulated by tumour suppressor p53 []. Its expression is increased in multiple human malignancies, suggesting that it could play a role in cancer development and/or progression [].
