Description	Eukaryotic ABC transporters are found either as complete transporters or as half transporters, which dimerise to form an active transporter. Four half ABC transporter proteins have been identified in the human peroxisome membrane: the 70kDa peroxisomal membrane protein (PMP70), the adrenoleukodystrophy protein (ALDP), the PMP70-related protein (P70R) and the ALDP-related protein (ALDR) [ ].
