Nop56 and Nop58 are components of box C/D small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein (snoRNP) particles [, ]. This domain interacts with Nop1 and forms the box B/C side, in the case of Nop56, or box C'/D side in the case of Nop58, of U3 snoRNP [].
