Description  This entry represents the C-terminal domain of tripeptidyl peptidase II (TPPII, MEROPS peptidase family S8A). TPPII is a crucial component of the proteolytic cascade acting downstream of the 26S proteasome in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway.
